Service Engineer (water Pumps)
Job Description
1. Ensure to achieve set Service targets/KPI.
2. Service/maintenance/ repairs and installation in many sectors of the industry, domestic, Water segment and commercial. Service Analysis and rectification suggestion.
3. Ensure consistent and timely response to customer/Dealer's needs.
4. Ensure Servicing of Equipment, Attending Complaints, Record maintenance, Service report preparation.
5. Timely billing of WSP & Service Vendor.
6. Co-ordination with regional team & various departments and provide reports as and when required.
7. Offer Submission & Negotiation of orders. Support for Payment collection
8. Visiting targeted customers on regular basis for sales and service. Review existing client orders, improve brand image, provide trainings to dealers & WPS Engineers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
