Perfura Technologies is a Post Harvest Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing company located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu & have a branch office in Hyderabad.
The Role
We require an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who seeks a career in a privately owned manufacturing business. As part of the Customer Support team, you perform pre-despatch assembly, installation, demonstration, operator training, preventative and corrective maintenance on all Perfura products.
Reporting to the Manager - Customer Support, you will deliver hands on work with unparalleled customer value through effective communication, problem resolution, and high-quality service. This role is suited to someone who is hands on and likes working closely with their team, thrives on customer success and enjoys driving.
Responsibilities
Install, commission and maintain Perfura products and other related equipment
Follow technical escalation processes to ensure timely and efficient resolution of difficult problems
Develop and maintain excellent communications with other Service Engineers / Technicians and other Customer Support team member
Develop and maintain exceptional technical and product knowledge through self-development, company product training and on the job training
Act as a subject expert and resource for training and provide On-The-Job training and mentoring of other Service Engineers
Complete and submit Field Service Reports, Preventative Maintenance and other reports as required
Ensure all Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded
Work with the Marketing team in identifying and supporting sales opportunities
Drive product quality and reliability improvements by providing feedback to Quality teams
Provide technical service to customers onsite, building strong and trusting business relationships
Maintaining personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures
Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance on our products
Trouble-shoot and repair equipment
Travel across your allocated region and occasionally interstate.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering
Minimum one year of relevant professional experience in Service Engineering in Agricultural machineries or a similar
Proven experience working with power tools and hand tools
A commitment to excellent customer service
Process oriented, committed to continuous improvement
Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Able to set priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a small team
Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to travel domestically and internationally often at short notice
Ability to follow and document processes keeping in line with high quality standards
A current driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
