The company is an international, knowledge-based group providing high-tech systems and solutions to customers in the oil and gas industry, and merchant marine, digital, defense, and aerospace industries.Position: Service Engineers \xe2\x80\x93 ControlsExpected Experience Range & Salary: 2 - 5 years / \xe2\x82\xb910 LPAQualifications: B.E / Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.Notice Period: 1 month (Immediate joiners preferred)Location: Mahape Navi MumbaiTiming & Days: 9 am to 5:30 pm (5 Days)Key Responsibilities:

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment.
• Evaluating technical problems and determining options for resolution.
• Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
• Keeping up to date with administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health, and Safety regulations.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.
• Collaborating with the local team to provide efficient service delivery.
• Adhering to current regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the Maritime industry with a proven track record.

• Expertise in Marine Automation and Control Systems.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Marine Automation products, systems, their functionality, and applications.
• Meticulous and methodical approach to case handling.
• Basic knowledge of Marine Automation, Switchboard, Control Systems, and Engines.
• Strong focus and awareness of quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Self-driven and focused individual.
• Team player.

Travel Requirements:

• Extensive travel whenever required.
• Prepared to travel on short notice.
• Must possess valid travel documents.
• Willingness to travel to any part of the world deemed safe by the company.
