Job Description

The Service engineer will be responsible for Troubleshooting of Chiller and to Render service support for HVAC&R AMC and Warranty customers and satisfying their needs. LNM Sales & Revenue Generation, Knowledge & Hands on experience in Screw, Centrifugal and Ammonia chillers, Knowledge of Electrical, Knowledge of MS-Office and Skill to manage the team of Engineers /Technicians.

• To Render service support for HVAC&R AMC and Warranty customers and satisfying their needs
• LNM Execution for Hyderabad Territory
• LNM Sales & Revenue Generation
• Maintaining RT/TAT, PM adherence & FTR to achieve cost reduction
• Coaching Vendors on JCIs SOPs
• 100% PSA Renewals
• Timely AR collection
• Attaining Appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction
• Breakdown calls, compressor overhauling / hi-skill jobs for Hyderabad Implementing Predictive analysis and new service
