:Job TitleField Service Engineer UltrasoundJob LocationMumbai:Should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.Candidate should have excellent technical knowledge of Ultrasound technologies.Experience on installation, service, preventive maintenance and handling updates for Ultrasound machines.Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Should have negotiation skills to promote contracts and spare business in the assigned territory.Experience on service partner/ dealer management including remote technical support to partner engineers.Team handling skills are required for this role, as candidate needs to interact with partner engineers for day-to-day activities.Candidate must have experience on revenue generation and achieving the assigned targets.Will support identified Key Users/ reference sites.Support to escalated calls with field presence to resolve the issue in stipulated time frame and ensure customer satisfaction.Education & Qualification
- B.E/B.tech/Diploma in Biomedical/ECE/EEE.
- Should have at least 5-10 years in servicing of Ultrasound equipment.
