Service Engineer
Job Description
Candidate: Male/Female
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or Biomedical.
Experience: 1-2 Years
Skills:- Basics of Electronics- Knowledge of electronic components- Power Electronics- Microcontroller operations- Troubleshooting- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, email drafting, etc.- Communication in English/Hindi/Marathi
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Servicing ESU Machines
2. Troubleshooting machines received from customers
3. Servicing machines at customer sites
4. Customer coordination
5. Testing and calibration of ESU machines
6. In-process testing of all types of PCBs in ESU production
7. Troubleshooting all problems
8. Repairing ESU
9. Attending field service calls
10. Documenting all required parameters during processes
11. Coordinating with the servicing department and maintaining records for analysis
12. Providing on-call service engineer support
13. Daily reporting to the head of the department
14. Supporting authorized servicing center teams for all operations (servicing parts requirements)
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
