Key Skills-

• An associate's degree in engineering or similar.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning:
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute the commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
• Perform installation and setup tasks according to technical specifications and safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough testing and verification procedures to ensure equipment functions optimally.
• Provide initial training to clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Service:
• Respond promptly to customer service requests regarding equipment malfunctions and performance issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for future reference.
• Automation:
• Identify opportunities for automating equipment operation and processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using programming languages or scripting tools (if applicable).
• Configure and integrate automation systems with existing equipment infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems to ensure smooth operation.
