Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Install and commission new equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Ensure installations meet safety and operational standards.
• Provide customer training on the operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and systems promptly.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime for customers.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
• Advise customers on equipment upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit them to the Service Manager.
• Keep track of spare parts inventory and request replenishments as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technical advancements and industry trends.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Suggest and implement improvements to service processes and procedures.
