LV & MV Motor Service Engineer We are looking for a Service Engineer - Manager to join our team at Innomotics India Pvt. Ltd. Your change engine. Reporting To: Service Operations Team Leader Location: Kolkata Promptly attend site problems arriving at customer premises in low & medium voltage motors. Carry out overhauling of motors at customer premises. Maintain excellent relationship with the customers & Authorized Repair Center. Help in generating service business e.g. motor overhauling, AMC, spare parts, complete motor retrofitting, Motor rewinding etc. Analyze site problems & give suitable solutions to customer. In some cases, co-ordinate with HO for offering solution. How do I Qualify Capable in identifying customer end maintenance process improvement need. Excellent communication & team-work skill. Problem solving attitude.
