Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for a variety of mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide expert technical assistance to clients and customers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of defective components.
• Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Verify that installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
