• Ensure that Quotations are sent to Customers, for Spares and Services, where the complaints are not covered under warranty, or for routine/periodic maintenance services, or where the spares or services are not part of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).Receive Customer Complaints and Respond to Customers, within the timelines defined in the Service Level Agreements with various customers.
• Ensure that every Customer Complaint is registered in the ERP System
• Liaise with Customers, Field Service Engineers, Field Service Dealers and co-ordinate the restoration activities and/or corrective actions for breakdown services.
• Authorize Travels and Visits of Field Service Engineers, Field Service Dealers for providing breakdown services, or maintenance services.
• Ensure that necessary Requests/Indents are raised for the required spare parts in order to rectify the problem, or in order to close the complaint.
• Liaise with Parts Suppliers, Spare Parts Stores, and Logistics departments for despatch of spares to the respective sites.
• Ensure that Field Service Reports are received within the defined time, as soon as the Complaint is attended and closed.
• Ensure that Customers Approvals are obtained for Quotations for Spares and Services
• Ensure that Invoices are raised on Customers, for Spares and Services.
• Ensure that every Complaint is closed in the ERP System, after technical and commercial closures of the complaint.
• Ensure that mandatory / committed maintenance visits are executed as per the AMC Schedules.
• Ensure that the Visit Reports are received and submitted to the AMC Billing Department.
• Ensure that Warranty Claims are raised on Original Equipment Suppliers.
• Ensure that Defective parts, which were replaced under warranty, are received from the Field within the defined time.
• Ensure that Defective parts are returned to Original Equipment Suppliers.
• Ensure that Warranty Claims are closed and settled between PEIPL and Supplier.
• Scrutinize and approve Expense Vouchers, Travel Vouchers, of the Field Service Engineers, and Field Service Dealers.
• Ensure that Payments are collected from Customers, within the agreed timelines.
• Ensure that Periodic Servicing / Routine maintenance of Gensets are carried out, as per manufacturers' recommendations, for both , Gensets which are under warranty, or which are under AMC with the Company.
• Prepare and submit Product Support Performance and Analysis Reports, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, for Management Review.
Qualification : B.E /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
Experience: Minimum 1 year
