: Service Engineer Drilling & Piling Equipment
Location: Mumbai & ChennaiPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer specializing in Drilling & Piling Equipment to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for heavy machinery used in construction and foundation work. The role requires expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of drilling and piling equipment.Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Provide preventive maintenance services to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for troubleshooting.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.Maintain detailed service records and submit reports on maintenance activities.Train operators and site personnel on best practices for equipment handling and safety.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.3-5 years of experience in servicing drilling & piling equipment.Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.Ability to work independently and manage on-site repairs and maintenance.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Willingness to travel and work in challenging field conditions.Preferred Experience:Hands-on experience with brands like Bauer, Soilmec, Casagrande, and Liebherr.Familiarity with PLC-based control systems used in piling rigs.Knowledge of foundation engineering and geotechnical applications.Work Location & Travel:Base Location: Mumbai & Chennai.Frequent travel to client sites and project locations across the region.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Travel allowances and fieldwork incentives.Opportunities for training and career growth.
