Designation: Service Engineer Department: Technical Support & Service Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Reports To: Deputy Manager-Technical Support & Service Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience: 0-1 Year Key Responsibilities:
- Install inverters, and associated equipment on commercial properties, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including wiring problems, equipment malfunctions, and system failures.
- Perform on-site repairs and replacements of faulty components or equipment to restore solar system functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering guidance on system optimization.
- Utilize monitoring systems to track system performance, identify issues, and proactively address them.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment specifications, and repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols, standards, and regulations to ensure a secure work environment and safe installations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and equipment to effectively service and troubleshoot systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- A bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
