Job Description
We are Hiring the following Qualification : DEEE & BE (EEE) Experience : 3-5 Yrs Work Area : Pune and Delhi Job Knowledge :
- Industrial UPS Power Supply
- Special Purpose Machine Knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of PLC Programme
- Inverter and Electrical Wiring
- Electrical Assembling
- Improving customer satisfaction
- Customer complaint log with feedback to customer with date and time
- Process data collection at every service visit, to get lead for service parts.
- Provide reports on the notes of activity done during service visit to collate information on machine history. (service report for customer, Internal report, application report
- Also update Notes of running parameters for the particular application after service call.
- Excess material returnable should be reported on monthly basis
- Follow-up with customer for enrollment based on the calendar schedule for training.
- Follow up for payments
- Prospect for repeat business for spares and service
- Visit customer place to promote spares and retrofit of our machine as well competitors
- service review fortnight / monthly by calling customers - to get service visit purchase order within fortnight
