Post Name: - Service Engineer

Essential: Bachelor Of Engineering (EE, EC), ITI (Electrical), or a related field.

Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience,

Proficiency in online and Offline UPS services capabilities, Engineer should be

capable for customer handling

Desirable: Capable for Service related tour all over Chhattisgarh and client

locations

Key Responsibilities: Installation and Commissioning: UPS service engineers are responsible for

installing UPS systems at client sites. Preventive Maintenance: They perform regular preventive maintenance on UPS

systems to identify and address potential issues before they lead to system

failures. Repairs and Troubleshooting: When UPS systems malfunction or experience

failures, service engineers diagnose the problem, replace faulty components, and

conduct necessary repairs to bring the system back online. Battery Maintenance: UPS batteries are critical components. Service engineers

monitor battery health, perform battery testing, and replace batteries when they

reach the end of their life cycle. Software Configuration: Some UPS systems require software configuration for

remote monitoring, alerts, and notifications. Service engineers ensure that the

software is correctly configured and that the system communicates effectively

with monitoring tools. Customer Training: They may provide training to customers and end-users on

the proper operation and maintenance of the UPS system to minimize downtime

and improve system longevity. Emergency Response: In cases of power outages or critical failures, UPS

service engineers are often on call to respond quickly and resolve issues to

ensure uninterrupted power to critical equipment. Documentation: Accurate record-keeping is essential. Service engineers

maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and any modifications made

to UPS systems. Health and Safety: UPS service engineers must adhere to safety protocols &

guidelines when working with electrical equipment to prevent accidents . Quality Assurance: They ensure that all work is performed to the OEM's

specifications & standards to maintain the reliability and efficiency of the UPS Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest UPS technologies. Customer Communication: Maintain good communication with clients to
