To ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional engineering and support service inline to organizational commitment and maximize the value and profitability of our service business with sustainabilityKey Responsibilities:
1. To carry out the day-to-day function of the service related jobs and resolve the issues in the specified territory/customer allocated in the region2. To provide full and professional tools service at customer\'s premises where necessary3. To diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of all Atlas Copco power tools products and take appropriate action to rectify performance4. To carry out the Installation & commissioning of tools whenever required5. To identify and source spare parts and consumables required for the repair of tools6. To carry out calibration, testing and certification of all Atlas Copco power tool products, according to standard procedures7. To determine and undertake all necessary preventative maintenance on all power tool products8. To generate technical reports on service provided at site9. To carry out pre delivery testing and inspection of tools as appropriate prior to delivery / site installation10. To undertake ad-hoc projects as required.11. To incorporate Flexible attitude to working out of normal as and when required.12. Hands on PLC experience is an added advantage13. To generate leads for service sales revenue and to take ownership of complete business development at allocated customers14. Ensure customer satisfaction by closely working with all the levels of customer thus by ensuring the end goals are met.Experience requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:Essential:
Good engineering skills, with at least 4-6 years\' experience in an Engineering environment
High degree of flexibility.
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues
Self motivated
Ability to work individually and as part of a teamEducational requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
PC Literacy
Fair English Language proficiency is essential
