Reporting to the Team Leader - Service, your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of service levels and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible and accountable to Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on air compressors, dryers, gas generators, Diesel Generators, Steam boilers and ancillary equipment at customer sites and provide a complete solution to the customers industrial equipment maintenance needs.Job descriptionResponsibilities of a Service Engineer:

• Operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rental fleet at Depot and Customers\' sites, involving extensive traveling and long stays at job sites.
• Perform commissioning and decommissioning activities, routine, preventative maintenance, and repairs on Atlas Copco compressors, dryers, gas generators, Diesel power generators, steam boilers and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform repairs based on diagnostics and assessments.
• Conduct periodic services and maintenance on rental machines independently, demonstrating a willingness to work hands-on.
• Attend breakdowns promptly and as needed, understanding the job demands flexibility in working hours and locations.
• Maintain and test instruments to ensure they remain in good condition.
• Document daily work using company-provided hardware and software; update work hours and spares consumption in ERP system (Wynne).
• Ensure timely completion of all rental check-out work orders (SMF Steps).
• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with customers, especially key accounts, ensuring an excellent standard of service.
• Provide professional and prompt service on various Atlas Copco Rental Equipment.
• Learn and apply knowledge of VSDs, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, demonstrating flexibility in working hours and locations.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company, promoting the Atlas Copco "Way" and sharing knowledge with teammates.
• Manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize problem-solving.
• Promote and practice proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
• Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable and professional image.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Drive and develop quality process improvements focusing on safety, operations, and customer service.
• Emphasize continuous improvement in digital solutions for customer communications.
• Foster a customer care-driven culture and support improvements in rental and service response.
• Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining good housekeeping of the workshop and Rental fleet.
