Organization is leading Crane & Hydraulic and Weighting Scale Manufacturing Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad. Required Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with min 1 to 3 Years Experience as Technical Service Engineer profile. (EOT Crane Maintenance Experience Candidates First Preferred.) JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Junior Service Engineer in the EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for EOT cranes at customer sites. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and be involved in installation, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of the equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Commissioning:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new EOT cranes.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand the installation procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance checks and services on EOT cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Repair or replace defective components as required.
- Customer Support:
- Provide on-site technical support to customers.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in training customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and customer feedback.
- Prepare detailed service reports and submit them to the senior engineer or service manager.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing service tasks.
- Ensure that all activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in EOT crane technology and service practices.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the crane manufacturing or heavy machinery industry.
