Job Overview :
BMW Munich Motors is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Service Driver to join our team. The Service Driver will be responsible for transporting vehicles between dealership sites and customers' homes while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliveries : Safely pick up and deliver vehicles from customers' homes to the dealership and back, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Driving : Move new and used cars, light commercial vehicles, and sales deliveries as directed by the dealership.
• Communication : Provide customers with timely updates regarding delivery or pickup times, ensuring transparency and excellent customer care.
• Customer Service : Offer friendly, courteous, and professional service, representing the BMW brand with the utmost respect and attention to customer needs.
• Vehicle Care : Ensure all vehicles are handled with care during transportation, maintaining the BMW brand's reputation for quality.
• Documentation : Complete any necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs of all trips, deliveries, and pick-ups.

Qualifications :

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Experience : Prior experience in a similar driving role, particularly in customer service or vehicle handling, is an advantage
• Customer Service : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Attention to Detail : Ability to assess and handle vehicles carefully, ensuring they are well-maintained during transit
• Reliability : Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Physical Fitness : Ability to handle the physical demands of driving, including frequent movement and occasional lifting of vehicle-related equipment.
