Job Description


1. Drive service transformation initiatives for customer experience excellence achieved though globally aligned and optimized service processes and systems
2. Identify new business opportunities as well as opportunities to continuously improve the existing business. Plan the future needs for the service organization, aligning the needs and requirements for service with India/corporate direction
3. In accordance with SCIEX performance management system, drive performance through cascading the Service strategy, setting goals, providing feedback and facilitating development discussions with direct reports.
4. Ensure training plans are in place meeting the requirements to support future product and staff development. Performs quarterly reviews with direct reports providing feedback, discussing performance, expectations, areas of improvement and other relevant items
5. Deliver impact by identifying Key projects, applying DBS (Danaher Business System) to map improvement plans, drive sustainable and continuous improvements in the areas of Customer Experience, Margin Improvements, Revenue Growth etc
6. Establish and achieve an annual service revenue plan in agreement with India Plan. Develop, implement and monitor the service revenue plan to meet agreed service revenue targets and budgets and customer satisfaction within the region.
7. Analyze and report on service support trends, identify issues, and coordinate resources. Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins. Collaborate with Sales leaders and stakeholders1. Unquestioned integrity with an innate drive to exceed the goal of unambiguous share gain within the country
2. Quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills supported by strong business acumen
3. Strong communicator, both verbal and written, to engage, influence, and get buy-in from all levels of internal and external stakeholders.Strong work ethic High degree of awareness and sensitivity to a diverse, global work environment
4. A history of developing proficiency in DBS skills and applying DBS tools in support of advancing our business
5. Team orientation with highly developed cross-functional management skills
6. Demonstrates key leadership traits including integrity, adaptability, vision, judgment, courage, and passion. Build trust and respectQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Post-graduate in Analytical Chemistry/Life Sciences/Pharma/Food Technology
2. 15-20 years of experience in a B2B service role in Lifesciences or related industry
3. Exposure to sales of mass spectrometry or related instruments (GC, LCMS) is highly desirable; experience in sales of high value capital equipment is essential
4.
