  • Monitoring of incident que and emails
  • Respond to the incidents/issues users report predominantly through Voice Interaction, email, Self-service, chat & remote support.
  • 24X7 first line support for any IT related issues for all Marvell users
  • Catch and Dispatch of tickets to appropriate groups / individuals as per escalation matrix
  • Calling to on call person for Priority 1 tickets
  • Creating the reports and publishing to the stake holders
  • Providing initial level information to Senior SD engineer and / Or the Technical Team.
