The purpose of this role is to ensure the operational execution of technical support services to the business. The role will establish a customer centric environment, leading, coaching and developing the team to maintain best practice and service levels.:Key responsibilities:
Delivers service desk services to the business
Manages and develops Service Desk teams, functions and personnel
Ensures quality assurance measures are in place to maintain consistent Service Level Targets
Establishes, promotes and champions the use of best-practice frameworks and a culture of continual service improvement
Establishes, produces and monitors performance metrics
