We are looking for an Onsite IT support in Chennai who will be part of our global IT team of experts and work closely with Head of Section. In this role, your finest task will be to provide onsite support to around 300 colleagues in our Chennai office.
Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Registering all inquiries in our ServiceDesk system (ServiceNow).
  • Providing assistance in installing, setting up and rolling out PCs.
  • Getting involved in problem crushing, equipment testing and configuration.
  • Purchasing, preparing and error handling of computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Preparing and maintaining user guides.
  • To provide technical support for COWI\'s applications and hardware equipment.
  • Aiding conference and meeting rooms, printers, and other onsite technical equipment.

  • Hold a degree in IT with 1-2 yrs. of relevant experience and preferably have an ITIL certification.
  • Possess good language skills in English (spoken and written)
