Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering Field support experience is mandatory Knowledge of computers and hardware is preferable

Responsibilities:

Utilize various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer concerns. Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Follow up promptly on service requests and provide feedback to customers.

Candidate Requirements:

Associate's degree in engineering or a related field. Relevant certification or license is advantageous. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Strong active listening and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple service requests without being overwhelmed. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. * Excellent work ethic and a growth mindset.
