This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and exceptional leadership qualities.Key Responsibilities:Project Management

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AWS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to AWS best practices.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to identify and rectify any issues promptly.

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS services and industry trends to incorporate best practices into service delivery.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and service delivery outcomes to senior management and clients.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes, and client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:Experience

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on service delivery and project management within AWS environments.

Education

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A masterxe2x80x99s degree is a plus.

Certifications

• Must hold at least one AWS Associate Level certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect xe2x80x93 Associate, AWS Certified Developer xe2x80x93 Associate, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator xe2x80x93 Associate).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of AWS services, architecture, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Desired Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale AWS projects.
