About this opportunity SDU Line Manager is responsible for delivery fulfilment from Service Delivery Unit towards MAs. Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery from Service Delivery Units. Service Delivery Line Manager (SDLM) drives the delivery effort to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & KPIs, job roles, competence models. Supports deployment programs and common structures. SDLM also collaborates to ensure that work is driven within the scope of OHS requirements. This role works very closely with other SDLMs in other SDUs being a part of SA Build community to cultivate and grow competence in their respective domains. The assigned person should work closely with SPMs for delivery of their respective projects. We believe in trust - we trust each other to do the right things! We truly believe in happiness , we enjoy and feel passionate about what we do and value each other\'s technical competence deeply What you will do Responsible to build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization Responsible for Line Management of the respective unit (e.g. Annual Salary Review, IPM goal setting & reviews, competence development, STV). Accountable for service execution Responsible for delivery fulfilment of services towards MAs working closely with SPMs Responsible for domain-based delivery happiness. Responsible to maintain delivery models, frameworks, job roles, assessments, and strategies Responsible to improve and implement Service Based Delivery Strategy. Supports resolving of operational critical issues Responsible for own unit employee empowerment and engagement. Responsible for own domain Competence & Capability Build through hiring, training & mentor according to dimensioning in alignment with SA Build Strategy and Resource Planning team Responsible for fulfilling Billability, Utilization & Efficiency targets and financial forecasting and budget fulfilment for their respective project deliveries You will bring Minimum 5+ years in Telecommunication Industry, out of which 3+ years in People Management. 3+ years of consistent track record Good knowledge about Ericsson Support Tools & Processes. Good Knowledge of Financial and Delivery Models. Collaboration and Presentation Skills. Sales Process Knowledge Fundamental Leadership Competence. Change & Improvement Leadership Skills. Negotiation & Argumentation Skills Project Management Skills. Presentation Skills. Ericsson Portfolio knowledge. Ericsson Business Process Knowledge. Ericsson Knowledge Financial Competence & Skills. Deep understanding of NRO Service Delivery process (C&I mainly), models, and strategy Creating & Innovating. Formulating Strategies & Concepts Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment. Relating & Networking Presenting & Communicating Information. Persuading & Influencing. Critical thinking Very good people leadership skills.
