: Position: Service Delivery Analyst, I&DD ( Oracle Applications Developer)
As an Oracle Applications Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle applications to meet the business needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the company's objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle applications based on business requirements, utilizing Oracle technologies such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
2. Customization and Extension: Customize and extend Oracle applications to meet specific business needs, including customizing standard Oracle modules, developing new modules, and integrating third-party applications with Oracle systems.
3. Data Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and develop stored procedures, triggers, and functions to manage and manipulate data within Oracle databases.
4. Technical Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide technical expertise and recommendations throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance issues within Oracle applications and databases by optimizing code, SQL queries, and database configurations.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and deployment instructions, to ensure that the developed solutions are well-documented and can be maintained effectively.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure that they meet quality standards, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
8. Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Oracle applications, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements and updates as needed.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Oracle development, and actively participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualification, Experience and competencies required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 4-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle application development, with expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and modules.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are desirable.

Preferably with the flexibility to work US / Canada hours from India / cover more of an overlap window at least, given the Project resources are based in US / Canada.
