Experience :- 1-2 years in Customer service, Good Tele calling, Co-ordination and follow up skills. one year in customer Service Centre / customer service
Festival Holidays : 8 Days
Working Hours :10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Working Days Monday - Saturday
Gross Salary : Rs.11,000/- to Rs.15,000/-

The job Responsibilities of Candidate will be as follows :
• Receive calls for Fitting / service jobs from customers / sales persons.
• Call customers to fix a time for sending technicians
• Allocate the above jobs to technicians
• Keep records of all Jobs received & allocated
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians
• Speaking - Talking to others to convey information
• effectively
• Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself technicians, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
