Major Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to clients on email, or telephonically.
Manage Helpdesk portal to generate tickets and update their status.
Coordinate the processing of incoming requests to the Service Desk via all methods to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues, based on issue priority.
Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
Answer the queries and complaints of client regarding organization products and services over phone and mail
Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
Analyze performance of Service Desk activities and documented resolutions against service level agreements.
Track and analyze trends in the Service Desk and generate statistical reports.
Generate reports based on service level agreements and required metrics.
Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
Build and maintain close relationships with clients
Desired Candidate Profile :
Daily Reporting to the Senior Reporting Authority
Customer handling and their satisfaction
Business sense and high negotiation skills
The ability to work in a team
Good written and spoken communication skills
Creative flair.
The ability to cope with the work pressure.
• Computer skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management software,
• Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
Having working knowledge of security systems (i.e., CCTV, Access Control), will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,370.63 - ?22,935.70 per month
