• Ensuring efficient and smooth operations within the service department by organizing tasks and managing schedules.
• Coordinating breakdown calls and relaying service requirements to the service department.
• Call customers regarding Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) collections and addressing their concerns.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of daily service and breakdown activities.
• Providing exceptional customer support by following up on service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any ongoing issues or additional service needs.
