Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree or Diploma Experience: 06 months to 1 years Criteria:-
Responsible for Maintaining & managing the documentation as well as data entry and management work for the assigned service team.
Handle & maintain records/reports regarding the calls/customer complaints & manage customer communication for call updates Collecting and co-ordinating for Daily Call report & entry in ERP software
Assist Service manager for managing team & mapping for client calls communication & co-ordination
Co-ordinate for project handover process as per the checklist
expenses/vendor invoices/courier exp etc. maintain data base and sync with accounts for the clearance & filing management of respective bills/invoice along with receipts
Maintaining the attendance of on-site team
Maintaining and managing timely Vendor/OEM follow up for RMA delivery & dispatch as per process.
Co-ordinate and follow up for Preventive Maintenance as per scheduled time.
