### Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite This role is contributing to Our Electrification Business in India. You will be mainly accountable for: o Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified. o Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner. o Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database. o Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery. o Good interpersonal and communication skills. o Strong analytical and aptitude skills o Time management and ability to prioritize and plan work effectively. o Result/Customer oriented, self-motivation, critical thinking, flexibility, and high capacity to work within multicultural teams. o Willing to travel. o Customer complaint resolution within specified time. o Interact with customers for complaint resolution in coordination with ABB sales representa-tives. o Verification and maintain all ASP records. o Defective collection from customers for analysis related activities.

### Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field
• Experience in service field for low voltage switchgear components like ACB, MCCB, control gear, pilot devices,
• relays, motor starters etc.
• Time management and ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.
• Strong analytical and aptitude skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
