? Attend to customer service calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
? Allocate service calls to technicians based on priority and availability, ensuring prompt
and efficient service delivery.
? Utilize the company CRM system to log, track, and manage all service calls and customer
interactions.
? Prepare repair quotations for air conditioning systems using Tally software.
? Follow up with customers for confirmation and approval of repair quotations.
? Coordinate with technicians and ensure all service calls are attended to within the
stipulated time frame.
? Maintain accurate records of all service calls, quotations, and customer interactions.
? Provide regular updates and reports to the management on service call status and
resolution.
? Assist in the preparation and distribution of service-related documentation and
communications.
? Handle any customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's
satisfaction.
? Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role, preferably in the
HVAC&R industry.
? Proficiency in using CRM systems and Tally software.
? Previous experience in preparing quotations and handling customer approvals .
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
