Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to oversee after-sales support for our air conditioning solutions. The role requires efficient coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of service requests and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding after-sales services, inquiries, and complaints.

Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians and customers.

Monitor service activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Maintain accurate records of service requests, warranty claims, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and ensure solutions are provided.

Follow up with customers post-service to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.

Generate reports on service performance metrics and escalate recurring issues to management.

Stay updated on the latest product and service offerings to effectively support customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in customer service or after-sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach.

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
