Job Title: Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling services, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, staff, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule services with clients, staff, and vendors
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including client information and service schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Identify and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role / Freshers can also apply , who were completed
B Tech Mechanical & Automobile Engineering.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
