Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
