Job Description

Job Overview: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in the construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, scheduling, and updates.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and personnel.
• Communication
• Documentation
• Parts Management
• Follow-Up

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
