JOB DESCRIPTION - Service Co-coordinator
- Service complains managing/Technical Support
- Customer feedback calling/ reports
- Service engineer's report filing
- Managing Warranty
- Co-ordination between customer and service engineer
- Project Execution and co-ordination
- AMC scheduling
- After sales support (service & spares) to customers for machine maintenance and working
- Price negotiation, quotation sending. Prepare Proposals as per customer requirements
- Spares Management and Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?11,413.40 - ?25,235.74 per month
