JOB DESCRIPTION
Services team heading, Monitoring, Planning and work allotment to team.
Accessing and Analyzing of Service Support and Feedback.
Responsible for the customer's feedback for service.
Prioritizing and dealing with the issues in a timely manner.
Keeping track of the customer queries and make sure that the issues are resolved as early as possible.
Responsible for maintaining Mindra EV charger sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
