Service Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to manage service operations for our digital pump controller products. The ideal Candidate should have min. 3 to 4 years experience ensuring seamless communication between our dealers and service teams, facilitating timely support, and maintaining high customer satisfaction level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule service appointments for installation, maintenance, and repair of digital pump controllers, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Dealer Communication : Maintain accurate records of service contracts, work orders, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting.
• Technical Support : Assist dealers with technical queries related to product functionality and troubleshooting procedures, escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor service performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
