Service Coordinator, Chennai (Hybrid)
What is the job about? We are seeking a creative individual to handle inbound & outbound calls from customers / Partners for sales and service using cloud management platform software.
  • Provides customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries.
  • To ensure technically best and progressive offer to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 demand by close collaboration with Service sales team, service delivery & Authorised Service partners

Your main responsibilities:
  • Communicate large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of the caller\xe2\x80\x99s request, including follow-ups with end-users and escalation team
  • Prioritize request for quotations (RFQ) by taking opportunities into account
  • Provide technical support and quotation to customers
  • Preparation & Verification of Quotation (Terms & condition, Material part code, Prices, technical documentation)
  • Processing of orders in SAP on conversion of quotations, Warranty and Goodwill orders
  • To create quotations for all health checkup conducted.
  • Processing of service orders & debit notes in SAP
  • Reporting of Failures (FAS) in system
  • Frequently attend internal trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Liaise with after market, Service delivery to ensure smooth execution of AMC / Service Contracts / any service offerings / resolution of complaints

Your Background:
  • Any Degree /Diploma with command over English, Hindi & multilingual languages
  • Computer literacy, Proficiency in use of MS office, emailing and should be proficient in Hindi speaking.
  • Most likely to have 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Willingness to work in shifts
