We ,Thermotech Systems Ltd ,Urgently hiring Service Co-ordinator for our Industrial Heaters/Thermic Fluid Heaters Manufacturing company at Ahmedabad ,Gujarat. *Position : Service Coordinator *Department : After Sales Service *Industry : Industrial Heater /Thermic Fluid Heater Mfg co *Education : Diploma /B.E. in Mechanical /Instrument /Industrial Engineering *Experience : Min 3 to 7 yrs Relevant Exp *Roles & Responsibilities :
- To attend & coordinate after sales service-related calls/Emails/Verbal Request from Client & Internal Team
- To co-ordinate with service Engineers/ Technicians and updating their MIS reports.
- Daily work report and future planning of engineers
- Warranty Material Replacement
- Maintain ISO documents (Complaint Register, Warranty Register, ETC.)
- Preparation of Service Quotation / Visit Charges and follow-ups
- Machine Spare Quotation as per client requirement
- Online guidance/maintenance to client
- ERP, MS Office, Emails
- Excellent communication skill
- Willingness to work in Service Department
