SUMMARY:Working for ENEA, become part of a growing team of technical Professional Services consultants providing ENEA\'s Communication Service Providers (CSPs) Customers with the highly scalable and innovative software solutions and consultancy services they need to build boundary-free, multi-network communications services for their subscribers.ENEA Traffic Management Professional Services is highly technical and expanding team with Consultants located in UK, US, Canada, India and Egypt.DESCRIPTION:Professional Services Consultants work within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Global Services team to delivery live customer implementations in the mobile data field. Professional Services Consultants are involved in task management, requirements gathering, documentation, hardware and software implementation, software development and testing. Help drive Customer and ENEA\'s success through high quality deliverables, on-time and on-budget execution of projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:\xc2\xb7 Engage in Professional Services projects to enable Enea Traffic Management Software Solutions.\xc2\xb7 Travel to Customer sites in Europe, Middle East and Africa (estimated 30-50%).\xc2\xb7 Align with other department (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales) to ensure successful project / task completion.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting project issues, and engage with appropriate parties when require.\xc2\xb7 Continue to expand knowledge of the ENEA Traffic Management software product solutions and develop technical expertise of support systems technology (OS, Networking, Virtualization, OSS etc.).\xc2\xb7 Accelerate learning in ENEA\'s Traffic Management latest software solutions and develop subject matter expertise through short term secondment to other departments such as Engineering, Global Customer Support or the Deployment Technology Group.\xc2\xb7 Share project and software solution knowledge within peer group and actively contribute to post project analysis.\xc2\xb7 Ensure projects are completed on-time, to-budget with the highest technical expertise and professionalism while maximizing customer satisfaction\xc2\xb7 Development of professional and personal skills akin to major job functions, products, related technologies and career advancement\xc2\xb7 Maintain technical expertise and product knowledge\xc2\xb7 On occasion you will be working with our SE\'s (Pre-Sales) and Sales teams to demonstrate our products and solutions\xc2\xb7 Report status in a timely fashion as requested by Project Manager or Line manager.\xc2\xb7 Follow the ENEA Professional Services principles and practices, and comply with all policy and procedureESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree.\xc2\xb7 3+ Years experience within the Telecommunication / IT Industry\xc2\xb7 Strong Experience in Linux Centos/Redhat systems administration including high availability.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and networking & routing design principles. Experience in scoping and configuring network hardware.\xc2\xb7 Experience with network troubleshooting tools and methods - especially tcpdump\xc2\xb7 Good experience with scripting - Shell, Perl, Python, etc\xc2\xb7 Good technical experience and knowledge of at least one of the following system hardware architectures and OS platforms: (HP, IBM, Cisco).\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of basic business concepts and practices.\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Availability to travel and work at customer sites in the region (up to 70% travel).\xc2\xb7 Proven experience of problem-solving skills under pressure and short deadline.\xc2\xb7 Team player with excellent communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Fast learner, self-starter/demonstrated ability to take initiative.DESIRABLE CRITERIA:\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Mobile Internet Implementation\xc2\xb7 Experience in storage solutions, hardware, network architectures.\xc2\xb7 Database skills including, MySQL && Oracle RDBMS: both administrative and programming knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Desirable: Load Balancer configuration knowledge (F5 / Citrix)\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Server Virtualisation and Containerization technologies (Openstack / VMWARE/Kubernetes/Openshitft)\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of products within a mobile and/or broadband carrier\'s networkAdditional Information:\xc2\xb7 Reports to Solution Architect/ Director\xc2\xb7 Group: Global Services EMEA\xc2\xb7 Travel: 30%-50%
