Service APAC - Service IND - Planning & Resource pool Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers. Responsibilities Perform the commissioning activities as per the schedule. Execute reliability tests on WTGs as per Contractual requirements. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the agreement, as well as carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs, and replacement activities of turbine components Ensure Vestas health and safety procedures and quality requirements are followed. Filling out work orders and checklists, confirming completed orders including proposals for the optimization of processes Responsibility of the service vehicle, warehouse, and order of material, tools, and spare parts Replacement of main components according to current rules or work instructions, if necessary, making use of internal or external cranes Document the work is done indicating consumption of spares/ consumables, list further actions along with targeted completion dates. Ensuring on-time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging Qualifications Diploma / BE in electrical/electronics 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in O&M Competencies Ability to read, comprehend and write English as well as the regional language Ability to effectively participate in all training courses Ability to climb a wind turbine and perform tough physical work in heights as well as in various weather conditions Open to travel and work other sites when required What We Offer Vestas provides an open, respectful, and global culture, an attractive compensation package, and long-term career development.
