Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Service Call Center Executive to join our team in Vyttila . The role will focus on After Sales Service & Repair in the Consumer Electronics & Appliances industry. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to handle after-sales service-related queries and repairs. As a part of the Customer Success, Service & Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction post-purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support : Handle customer inquiries related to after-sales service, repairs, and product issues, ensuring a quick and effective resolution.
• Service Coordination : Schedule and coordinate repair services for customers, ensuring timely responses and service completion.
• Issue Diagnosis and Resolution : Troubleshoot and diagnose common product issues over the phone or through remote assistance, offering solutions or coordinating with field engineers for on-site repair.
• Follow-ups : Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved satisfactorily and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Service Records : Maintain accurate records of customer issues, services provided, and repair statuses in the CRM system.
• Customer Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their service requests.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the technical team, service engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Feedback Collection : Collect customer feedback post-service to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
• Education : Any Graduate or Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication.
• Experience : Experience in customer service or call center environments is an advantage but freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Skills :
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a customer service setting.
• Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics and appliances is beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer service tools and CRM software.

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
