Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and physically fit Service Boy to join our food and beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous attention to their needs.

2. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Maintain a clean and organized service area, including the dining room, bar, and kitchen.

4. Collaborate with other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

5. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints.

6. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

7. Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge.

8. Perform other duties as required, such as assisting with events or functions.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage service role.

3. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).

4. Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.

2. Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

3. Certification in food safety, hospitality, or a related field.
