Job Description

Customer Interaction and Service

• Greeting and assisting customers: Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing guidance throughout the repair process.
• Damage assessment: Inspecting vehicles to accurately assess the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs.
• Preparing estimates: Creating detailed repair estimates, including labor costs, parts, and insurance claims.
• Communicating with customers: Keeping customers informed about the repair progress, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Repair Coordination

• Scheduling appointments: Coordinating repair appointments with technicians and customers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assigning work to technicians: Allocating repair tasks to technicians based on their expertise and availability.
• Monitoring progress: Tracking the progress of repairs to ensure timely completion.
• Quality control: Inspecting completed repairs to verify that they meet Maruti Suzuki's quality standards.

Insurance Claims

• Handling insurance claims: Assisting customers with insurance claims, collecting necessary documentation, and liaising with insurance companies.
• Negotiating with insurance: Advocating for customers to ensure fair settlements and coverage.

Inventory Management

• Managing parts inventory: Maintaining an adequate supply of replacement parts for common repairs.
• Ordering parts: Placing orders for parts as needed, ensuring timely delivery.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports on repair volume, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures
• Ability to assess damage and estimate repair costs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and computer systems
• Experience in handling insurance claims (preferred

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
