Team you will work with: We are currently looking for a Service Associate who will be part of the Operations department, supporting efficient execution of various global processes. Job responsibilities;
You will manage updates of customer information into the database system
You will adhere to data workflows within service level agreements (SLA) and high accuracy
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and fulfil objectives
You will prepare department monthly/ ad-hoc reports
You will perform data analysis to review work process improvements, initiate or support
new implementation
You will maintain Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines/ SOPs in managing client records
You will undertake any assignments as and when assigned
You should be able to manage and process high volumes of data accurately
You will ensure the protection, accuracy and integrity of data, including monitoring and
reconciliation
You will investigate data anomalies and ensure they are corrected
You will document and review system irregularities and liaise with others to resolve them
Contribute to report automation and simplification to free up time for in-depth analysis
Identify ways to improve data accuracy and efficiency of various Processes
Raise IT tickets, follow up and escalate until closure of issues about billing, source data,
etc.
Streamline work processes, review, and provide feedback for improvement
Job Title: Service Associate Location: Remote Experience: 6+ months of experience in data processing Skills Required :
6 months to 2 years of prior experience in a similar or data process role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at onc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
