Experience : 1 - 3 years experience in Electric Two wheelers.

Salary : Rs.15,000 - Rs.20,000 Per Month

Other Benefits : Commission Pay & Performance bonus will be given.

Education : Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer Or ITI Graduate.

Job Location : Bhiwandi, Mumbai.

Position Overview:

As the Service & Assembly Engineer for Electric Vehicle (EV) 2-wheelers, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all service operations related to electric two-wheelers. You will also play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that the vehicles are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Operations:

• Oversee all aspects of service operations for electric two-wheelers, including routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Develop and implement service procedures to ensure efficient and effective servicing of vehicles.
• Coordinate with the service team to schedule appointments, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers or identified during servicing.

2. Assembly Process:

• Participate in the assembly of electric two-wheelers, ensuring that all components are correctly installed and aligned according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline assembly procedures and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during the assembly process.

3. Customer Support:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric two-wheelers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on best practices for maximizing the performance and longevity of their vehicles.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including service reports, warranty claims, and parts inventory.
• Generate regular reports on service performance metrics, such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and service revenue.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement based on service data analysis.

5. Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions for service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of electric vehicle technology.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in EV technology through continuous learning and professional development.

Required Qualification:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in servicing and assembling electric vehicles, preferably two-wheelers.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in EV servicing.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to electric vehicles.
