Your Responsibilities1. Role: Responsible for Deploying the EI strategy to achieve the objectives of responsiveness, reliability and customer satisfaction and profitability2. Responsibility:
Operational
- Achieves the monthly quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue, contribution 1 (C1) & Product Line Result (PLR).
- Responsible for ensuring deployment technical training and technical circulars (TCs) for maintenance staff
- Ensures deployment of maintenance people/ resources to all the operating locations (Delhi and other cities), so that there is a balance between contract fulfillment, productivity and meeting customer expectations.
People
- Sets objectives for his team in line with the Branch/ region objectives and bases on the guidelines provided by the company
- Supervises the Group Leaders and the EI sales team to achieve the region targets on Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC), SU, Customer satisfaction, Contracts conversion, contract price
- Assesses skills and competency for his team (GL's and team members) and uses various intervention like coaching, on the job training and classroom training in coordination with the Branch Manager and Sr. Manager Maintenance at Mumbai.We Elevate... Your Best SelfEducation:
Mandatory: Diploma or BE
Desirable: MBA
Professional experience:
- Exposure to the Service Business
- Managed Service operations for a systems driven company for at least 2 years
Languages: (+ levels: proficiency, advanced, intermediate, basic)
- English(proficiency),
- Hind (proficiency)
- Regional languages (basic)
