Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and technically qualified Engineer for our Metrology products. The candidate will be responsible for providing Service, technical support, product demonstrations, and customer training, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Roles:

1. Product Demonstrations:

- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the features of our metrology Portfolio. -

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the advantages of our solutions.

2. Technical Consultation:

- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, assisting the sales team in understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly. - Address technical queries and concerns from potential clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of product capabilities.

3. Customer Needs Assessment:

- Work closely with customers to identify their measurement needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Conduct site visits to assess customer environments and provide technical recommendations.

Post-Sales Roles:

1. Installation and Training:

- Oversee the installation of Metrology products at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

- Conduct thorough training sessions for customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the equipment and software.

2. Technical Support:

- Provide ongoing technical support to customers, resolving any issues or challenges they encounter with the products.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

3. Maintenance and Service:

- Perform routine maintenance and service metrology products to ensure optimal performance. - Inform customers of software updates and new features, assisting with installations and upgrades.

General Responsibilities:

1. Travel:

- Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet customer needs, including remote and industrial locations. - Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer requirements and travel demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. -

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India and adapt to varying customer environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
